Bioinformatics × scientific software × manufacturing sciences

Building reliable scientific systems across software, laboratory automation, and regulated manufacturing.

I combine more than seven years supporting regulated molecular-product operations with scientific software and data automation. My work spans Python, SQL, API integration, bioinformatics software testing, laboratory and instrument workflows, QC and GMP practices, cross-functional delivery, and practical process improvement.

  • Python, SQL & API integration
  • Laboratory automation
  • GMP, QC & production support
  • AI-assisted QA controls
01 Profile

Science is the context.
Systems thinking is the method.

Since 2016, my work has moved between the laboratory bench, production floor, and software environment. That range helps me see not only the immediate technical problem, but also the people, data, instruments, and decisions surrounding it.

At Thermo Fisher Scientific’s One Lambda business, I support transplant-diagnostics production through project coordination, molecular workflow software, bioinformatics collaboration, testing, and day-to-day scientific leadership.
